Unusual things asked of a Landlord :: 18/12/2023

December 2023 and we are all getting ready for Christmas, Decorations up, presents bought, last few working days before the festive break but one more task to do as requested by one of my tenants........

The most important task of the year? It has to be done before the Network Healthcare team can pack up work for the festive break.

The task to independently judge the ugliest bauble submitted by the company's team. Not an easy task as you can see on the desk in the photo there were several strong contenders.

In the end the large bauble in my hand won the competition. A Worthy Winner?

Next year the Competition is going to be for the best bauble ....or at least that is what I have been told.
